Short version: I collect your first name and email when you ask for something, I email you about Niseko, and you can leave whenever you want.

What I collect

• Your first name and email address, when you fill in a form.
• Your quiz answers and result, so the emails I send match the trip you're actually planning.

That's it. No account, no payment details, no tracking pixels on this site.

What I do with it

I send you what you asked for, and then occasional emails about Niseko: snow, timing, prices, the things worth knowing before you book. Nothing else. I don't sell it, rent it or hand it to anyone else to market to you.

Who else touches it

• Netlify hosts this site and stores form submissions.
• MailerLite stores the mailing list and sends the emails.

Both are processors acting on my instructions, and both hold data outside Australia.

Getting rid of it

Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom, and it works immediately. If you want the record deleted entirely rather than just unsubscribed, email me and I'll do it: ash@ashtopham.com.
